Jayanta Jenkins
Jayanta Jenkins is a CCO - level global creative executive and brand builder with more than two decades of experience shaping culturally influential work at scale. At Wieden+Kennedy and Chiat/Day, and then inside Apple, Beats by Dre, Twitter, Disney, Samsung, and Starbucks, he has built creative organizations, defined brand voice at pivotal moments, and consistently delivered at the intersection of creative excellence and business impact. His work includes launching The LeBrons for Nike and earning a Grand Prix for Twitter’s hashtag platform, one of the most recognized brand ideas of the past decade.
Perry Fair
Perry Fair is a CCO - level creative and brand leader who builds modern in-house creative organizations that move brands, businesses, and culture. He has led global creative, integrated marketing, partnerships, and content ecosystems for Mattel, McCann, Beats by Dre, Red Bull Media House, JWT, and Grey, translating complex business priorities into bold, scalable brand platforms.
A pioneer at the intersection of entertainment and commerce, he wrote and sold the feature film The Fourth Horseman to Intrepid Pictures and Universal Studios. He also developed award-winning branded content, including "The Shop" for LeBron James’ Uninterrupted. Perry bridges the gap between traditional advertising and premium storytelling, ensuring brands command a permanent place in the cultural conversation with the operational discipline to drive impact at scale.
Brian Steele
Brian is an ECD - level creative who started in New York’s theater scene, where he co‑produced innovative productions like The Beat with alumni from Stomp and Bring in ‘da Noise, Bring in ‘da Funk, taking the work from NYC to San Francisco and Harare, Zimbabwe’s International Arts Festival. He was featured in New American Paintings as one of America’s best emerging artists, gaining national recognition. From Grey to McCann and JWT, Brian led extraordinarily successful campaigns like “Battles Won,” the first Super Bowl campaign for the U.S. Marines, as well as at DDB, and VaynerMedia, where he delivered Budweiser’s most shared content campaign in brand history, followed by the acclaimed Super Bowl spot “A Clydesdales Journey.”
